Amtelco Tracker Script

The Amtelco Training team has created a script template you can upload to your Intelligent Series Supervisor application. Through this script, operators can automatically send an overview of their issue to a designated supervisor. The script is designed to collect the necessary information quickly to help with investigations instead of after too much time has passed. Examples could be an issue with a script, Web Agent, or Soft Agent. Once the summary has been reviewed, it can be submitted as a formal ticket request to trainers@amtelco.com with the important details already collected.
