All embedded commands are designed to be used with a space following the colon (:), however they will work with no space. The WHEN: command looks for the first 17 characters after the colon, which typically includes the space immediately after the colon.
With version 4.02.04 or later:
A (#) symbol must be used at the far right of the message ticket on the same line as the command.
