This link allows Amtelco customers to download free workstation software updates and workstation software to replace defective media for existing systems. This site is updated as new software versions are made available.

It is extremely important that you only use the workstation software that matches your current server version. Prior to downloading, we ask that you carefully check your current server version, as loading an incorrect version can cause serious system problems including server lock-ups, and data corruption.

Third-Party Software Notice
Products developed and/or sold by non-approved third-party vendors that operate with Amtelco products are not supported by Amtelco and are not covered by the terms of the Amtelco Support Agreement. Amtelco reserves the right to change the type and quantity of information provided by Amtelco products that is used by third-party products without prior notice.

Products developed and/or sold by non-approved third-party vendors and tested with specific versions of Amtelco products are assumed to work with subsequent versions of Amtelco products. Responsibility for testing third-party products with specific versions of Amtelco products is the responsibility of the vendors unless otherwise noted by Amtelco.

License Transfers and Support Agreements

In the event of a change of ownership, acquisition or merger involving the licensee, the software license may be transferred upon written notice and is subject to Amtelco’s approval.

Amtelco Software Annual Update and Support Program fees (“Support Fee”), including all maintenance and technical support services, will be carried over to the acquiring party. Any party assuming ownership of the licensed software will also be responsible for covering the Support Fee, which will be subject to evaluation based on the current business structure, accounts, and support requirements of the acquiring entity.

Amtelco Agent License Deactivation Policy

If a customer wishes to deactivate one or more agent licenses for up to two years, Amtelco will deactivate the licenses from the customer’s system. The annual system support charges will be reduced to the number of live agents remaining on the system.

Deactivated licenses may be reactivated within two years of the deactivation for a fee per license and a fee per year support charge for each reactivated license. If a deactivated agent license is not reactivated within two years, that license will expire and no longer be available for reactivation.
