  The Infinity message ticket assigned to the Web messaging account displays separate boxes for each line of text. The Web user must press Tab to go to the next line. How can I give my Web users an entire box to type a message?

  A: Program the beginning alpha pipe on the last spot or 38th column of a line. Program the ending alpha pipe on the first spot or 1st column of a different line. Leave a few blank lines between the beginning and ending alpha pipes. See the images below:
