miTeamWeb
Can we view messages for more than one client?
Client access can be limited by the Client Security feature in Permissions. With miTeamWeb version 5.6+, you can view all new messages across all clients your permission group has access to. Additional licensing may be required.
Can we have different widgets set for different user groups?
There is not currently a way to set widgets based on the type of user. However, you can give individual users the ability to set their own widgets. You can also request a secondary instance of miTeamWeb to allow for specific customizations based on user groups.
Can we send messages from miTeamWeb?
Yes, you can message contact methods using either a generic message form or a custom web script.
Can we integrate with a third-party OnCall program?
miTeamWeb can currently integrate with some third-party OnCall scheduling programs such as Qgenda and Amion. Amtelco is open to discuss additional integration opportunities. Please reach out to your Amtelco Sales Representative regarding OnCall integrations as licensing is required.
Is there a mobile version of miTeamWeb?
There is not currently a mobile app available however it is on Amtelco’s development roadmap. In the meantime, the website is mobile friendly and accessible on devices if you are using a public-facing URL.
How can I limit access to the tabs in miTeamWeb?
All access is based on permission groups built in IS Supervisor. You can also remove tabs from the site entirely if they are not needed; this customization can be requested by contacting Amtelco Field Service.
How do I make changes to the site?
You can make changes through the Layout Mode on the web and IS Supervisor (IS Permissions apply). Some site changes will need assistance from Amtelco Field Service through the website configuration.
