Amtelco's AI Features

Amtelco is utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) in multiple features to improve efficiency and accuracy. The TechHelper site includes a list of documentation for our AI-powered software.

IS – Specials

Intelligent Series (IS) Specials can be used to provide time-sensitive information about a client account. Specials often contain timely information about the client’s availability, location, and activities.

IS – Message Flags

Assign colored flags to message properties, making it easy for agents using Web Agent to quickly identify important information about messages in the Message Center. Custom colors can be assigned to indicate undelivered, delivered, played, and discarded messages as well as voice messages and Specials. Colors can also be assigned to urgent, archived, sent, held, and reviewed messages.
