What is the Difference Between a Call Center and a Contact Center?

IS Supervisor – Disable Client Feature

The “Disable Client” check box can be used to disable a Client without losing any data. Rather than deleting a Client, consider using the “Disable Client” check box instead.

MergeComm – Inbound SNPP Messages

The Intelligent Series (IS) optional Inbound Simple Network Paging Protocol (SNPP) feature accepts inbound SNPP messages using the optional MergeComm module. With MergeComm, incoming SNPP messages trigger dispatch jobs to notify agents of new pages.
