Spectrum – R1-25 Features
The latest update is available for Spectrum systems, R1-25. This update includes enhancements to Spectrum Data Manager (SDM) and the Short Message Service (SMS) Server, as well as Prism II.

Active Insights – Custom Service Level Report
The Custom Service Level report in Active Insights is a call report that displays general system service data in the Custom Service Level table. Multiple columns displayed by the Custom Service Level table can be costumized using the Edit Report Settings window.

Employee Spotlight
Bill Friedman – Implementation Specialist
Bill Friedman has worked for Amtelco since 2021, starting as an implementation specialist. He was promoted to Senior Implementation Specialist before becoming a project manager in 2024. Bill has a master’s degree in industrial/organizational (I/O) psychology from Elmhurst University.
You might have been able to hear Bill give talks on reporting options when he was an implementation specialist. Currently, he is enjoying his work on implementing application programming interface (API) solutions, which are interesting projects that require new approaches and can significantly improve customer operational efficiency.
Three Random Things to Know About Bill
1. What do you like to do when not at work? I do a lot of miniature painting, mostly Warhammer 40,000 figurines.
2. Favorite sport and sports team? I like baseball and the Boston Red Sox.
3. If you could eat anything in the world right now, what would it be? I grew up in New York, so I could really go for some good Chinese take-out.
