Congratulations to Chris Bach for winning the NAEO Amtelco Employee of the Year award for 2025!

Chris has worked for Amtelco since January 2013 and currently works as an Intelligent Series (IS) product manager and client applications developer. In addition to being the primary developer on the IS Supervisor product, he manages and organizes roadmaps and development queues for IS-related defects and features. Chris started as a trainer, became a client applications developer in 2018, and adopted the IS product manager role in 2023.

Chris won the Brian W. Torvik Innovations in Operations award in 2019. This year, at the 2025 NAEO Annual Conference, he gave a presentation alongside the NAEO Future Directions Committee on how we are working together to enhance the Amtelco Innovation Machine and encourage more feedback from our customers in an organized and interactive manner.

NAEO Hall of Fame Inductee – Kelli Harrigan

Congratulations to Kelli Harrigan on being inducted into the NAEO Hall of Fame this year! Back in her NAEO user days, Kelli was actively involved in the association for many years, serving on the Board of Directors and taking on the role of president of the association as well.

Kelli began working for Amtelco in July of 2021 as a project manager for Contracted Services and implementation projects. She works with users new to Amtelco and customers working on conversions from legacy systems to Genesis, primarily in the answering service market. As a project manager, she also works with the Contracted Services team to assist our customers with their programming support needs. Before working at Amtelco, Kelli was a customer of Amtelco products for over 30 years in the answering service environment!

In December 2024, Kelli received the Customer Care department’s Outstanding Service award at Amtelco, which she is honored to have won as it is a significant accomplishment. You might have seen her previously giving presentations at conferences or via webinars on topics such as transitioning from Infinity or Spectrum to Genesis.
