New Year's Message from Tom Curtin – President, American Tel-A-Systems
Did you know that the global contact center market amounts to almost $340 billion U.S. dollars and is expected to grow steadily to reach $496 billion U.S. dollars by 2027? Despite these growing numbers, the number of call center employees has been falling, creating staffing issues worldwide.
This combination has been reflected at Amtelco this past year. We were busy helping customers leverage our call center software so they could help more people with less staff while working on our next generation of modular solutions to grow our cloud-based offerings.

Sign Up for the New Innovation Machine!
The new Innovation Machine will open to all Amtelco, 1Call, and Telescan service contract customers on Monday, February 6, 2023!
Invitation e-mails will go out the week prior to launch. Before January 29, 2023, the Innovation Machine Team needs to confirm your e-mail address and any additional e-mail addresses you would like to have access to the Innovation Machine Portal. Send your company e-mail address, any additional company e-mail addresses, and your 5-digit service code to InnovationMachine@amtelco.com.

Genesis – Streaming Music On Hold
The Music On Hold page in Intelligent Series (IS) Supervisor is used to configure settings for a music stream to be played when a person is placed on hold. Please contact Amtelco Field Engineering if you are interested in using this feature.
