Telescan – PAM Copy from Template

With the R1-21 release Prism II Account Maintenance (PAM) now supports a “Copy from Template” feature that allows for mass changes without the need to manipulate the data within a spread sheet.

The optional Schedule Send Messages feature has been enhanced to enable the Intelligent Series (IS) System Schedule to send messages to e-mail, fax, and a file at the same time.

Hanna Reed – Implementation Specialist

Amtelco’s 1Call healthcare division has been providing reliable call center software to hospitals since 1997. Switching to new communication software can be an intimidating prospect for hospital contact center staff who have to juggle the large project while continuing the important work they do for patients and medical personnel. Amtelco employs specialists to help ease this transition process for customers.

Hanna Reed was hired by Amtelco after graduating from the University of Wisconsin at Eau Claire with a degree in Biology and Public Health in 2019. As an Implementation Specialist, Hanna works with Amtelco’s 1Call division to help hospital customers implement newly purchased Genesis and Soft Agent software, or helps them convert from the previous Infinity software version to Genesis.

Hanna provides support before, during, and after implementation. She says, “I enjoy helping customers with their software and providing them with best practices for roll out. After go-live, I assist customers with troubleshooting and educate them on programming features and operational use.”

Once, during a particularly uneventful go-live launch, Hannah helped an operator draft her retirement letter! That service falls under the “other duties as assigned” category.
