Employee Spotlight

Nicole Limpert – Marketing Content Writer

If you have read a 1Call case study, white paper, or social media post, or even these Employee Spotlights over the past few years, then you are familiar with the work Nicole Limpert does for the 1Call division of Amtelco. As a marketing content writer, Nicole primarily writes content to inform readers about 1Call’s HIPAA-compliant healthcare communication software and apps.

Originally from Saint Louis, Missouri, Nicole moved to the Madison, Wisconsin area in 2006. She began working for Amtelco in the fall of 2017 after leaving her position as the marketing manager for one of south-central Wisconsin’s largest charity organizations and employers.

Nicole worked in the social services non-profit sector for nearly 15 years, so when she decided to leave that field, it was important for her to find a company that provided meaningful services or products to people. “1Call aligned nicely with my personal values of doing work that ultimately helps people. Marketing products that streamline healthcare communication to help medical staff improve care and even save lives makes my job rewarding,” said Nicole.

It didn’t take long after being hired at Amtelco for Nicole to realize how philanthropic the company is and how generous employees are with their time and donations. She stated, “Amtelco is a great supporter of local charities and provides fun ways for employees to give through company-wide activities, pot-lucks, and contests.”

In her time away from the office Nicole enjoys traveling with her husband, participating in citizen science activities, spending time outdoors, gardening, reading, and playing video games. She said, “I'm really looking forward to expanding our raised garden this year and growing veggie varieties that are difficult to find in stores.”
