Amtelco Will Supply Software Licensing to IndTech Graduates
Norquest College and The CommAlert Group have partnered to develop a new, fully funded employability program for Indigenous students (ages 15 to 30) interested in a career in technology. Amtelco is supporting the IndTech program by supplying software licenses to Indigenous graduates.

The Artificial Intelligence (AI) Agent Assistant feature uses a call’s Automatic Number Identification (ANI) to provide agents with information about the call history associated with the ANI.

Employee Spotlight
Jana Olson – Project Manager
Jana Olson earned her bachelor of arts degree with a major in French and a minor in journalism from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1995. Jana was hired by Amtelco in July 1997 as a trainer and then served as an installer and a Field Engineering technician. In 1999 she moved to the Project Management Team and is now a project manager.
Jana assists Amtelco’s TAS customers with upgrades, moves, and new installations of Infinity, Genesis, and Spectrum, and also provides support for Billing Link. In 2000, she received Amtelco's William J. Curtin Employee of the Year award and was honored with NAEO's Amtelco Employee of the Year award at the 2015 National Amtelco Equipment Owners convention in Orlando, Florida. Most recently, Jana received the Michael Goumas NAEO Volunteer of the year award in 2021.
Outside of Amtelco, Jana enjoys spending time with her husband, Steve, and sons, Bennett and Ross. Her hobbies include paddle-boarding, photography, gardening, and just about anything outdoors.
Three Random Things to Know About Jana
1. What is your favorite sport and sports team? Packers, Badgers, and Brewers – of course!
2. What’s your favorite season? I love the bright colors and new beginnings of spring.
3. If you could visit anywhere in the world you’ve never been to, where would you go? Norway and Sweden for family history and to see the northern lights.
