Bill Friedman – Implementation Specialist
If you attended last year’s annual Leadership Conference and Training Seminar hosted by Amtelco’s 1Call healthcare division in September, then you may have attended a session about Genesis reporting presented by Bill Friedman.
In 2021 Bill graduated from Elmhurst University with a Master’s Degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology. He also joined Amtelco in 2021 as an Implementation Specialist. Bill says, “I assist with setting up and training on the Genesis platform. My main focus has been assisting customers with reporting needs and general training.”
Bill is also helping to develop onboarding tools and methods for Amtelco’s entire implementation department. He says, “It’s been really rewarding to see what started as loose ideas coalesce into formalized practices.”
When not at work, Bill enjoys board games, card games, and reading. “I really like reading books that are about historical events written in the years immediately following the events. Even if the information turns out to be inaccurate, I think it’s fascinating to see what people thought about major events just after they occurred,” says Bill.
