The Intelligent Series (IS) optional Inbound Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP) Messaging feature accepts inbound SMTP e-mail messages using the optional MergeComm module. With MergeComm, incoming SMTP e-mail messages triggers dispatch jobs to notify agents of new pages.

Employee Spotlight
JoEllen Graber – Tradeshow and Events Coordinator
JoEllen Graber, who goes by Joey, has been working for Amtelco since September 2023 as a tradeshow and events coordinator. She plans trade shows and the annual Amtelco Healthcare Seminar. She attended the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and has a double major in Marketing and Public Relations. She also has a Healthcare Meetings Compliance Certification from Meeting Professionals International.
When it comes to customer interactions, Joey said, “All our customers are great, but I do not advise being the first person to institute drink tickets at an Amtelco event.” She loves the creative side of her job and used to have a graphic design company. She also enjoys meeting people at the seminar and NAEO events. The NAEO party is a favorite for her because she gets to do the fun stuff without the pressure of scheduling the programming.
Three Random Things to Know About Joey
1: Favorite sport and sports team? I can usually be found at a softball field or in a gym. My kids are very into sports. I used to play rugby in college, but my body says that it is no longer a sport I can play.
2: What is your favorite season? Summer; I love the heat and being outside.
3: What is the best piece of advice you’ve ever received? My dad used to say that a strong work ethic is more important than any degree. I used to think he was a typical farmer trying to get out of helping to pay for college, but now I agree.
