Tips for Engaging Remote Call Center Operators
Enabling your operators to work from home with a cloud contact center has many advantages. Hosted solutions are low maintenance, are reliable, and eliminate costs. With modern tools like AI-based analytics, secure messaging, call transcription, and scheduling, it easily supports performance-based environments. However, when call centers transition to remote work-from-home environments, one challenge they may face is keeping their remote operators engaged. White there are many benefits to working from home, operators may miss the social aspect of not being in the office each day. MergeComm – Inbound SNPP Messaging
The Intelligent Series (IS) optional Inbound Simple Network Paging Protocol (SNPP) feature accepts inbound SNPP messages using the optional MergeComm module. With MergeComm, incoming SNPP messages trigger dispatch jobs to notify agents of new pages.

IS – On-Call Link
Amtelco’s On-Call Link features a custom report that can be used to periodically export data from the Intelligent Series OnCall schedules in a format that can be imported into the Epic On-Call Finder module to update the Epic databases.
