Spectrum – Prism II Jitter Buffer

There is a new enhancement to Ubuntu Server 20 versions of Prism II. This enhancement adds controls in the Prism II Switch Settings to enable or disable the Jitter Buffer. Jitter Buffer is a feature in Genesis that attempts to clean up audio packets in order to prevent jitter, a type of audio issue, from occurring during a call.

IS – Web Chat Stations

The optional Intelligent Series (IS) Web Chat feature can be used to set up dedicated Web Agent stations for your clients to handle web chats. Using the ACD Skill feature and limiting permissions, the IS System can be configured to send web chats to the client stations during client operating hours and to distribute web chats to your call center agents outside of client operating hours.

Jacob Griedl – Sales Development

Jacob Griedl has been working at Amtelco since June 2021. He started as an intern in the marketing department, then worked as a video intern in documentation, and then did sales for the Amtelco Secure Messaging App before working as a Sales Development Representative. He recently finished a certification in Business Development at Madison College. He enjoys working with hospitals to diagnose their communication problems and help find the best solutions for them.

Three Random Things to Know About Jacob
1: What do you like to do when not at work? Any hobbies/interests or do you have a fact about yourself that no one knows? I golf more than what is healthy for any normal human.
2: If you could visit anywhere in the world, where would you go? I want to hike in Switzerland. It is the most beautiful place I have ever seen.
3: What’s your favorite season? Spring – it’s the start of golf season!
